Coming up at Crossroads…
Anniversary Celebration – NEXT SUNDAY!!
Come celebrate with us on Sunday, September 12th as we take a look back at the past four years of growth God has implemented in our church. The In ’N Out truck will once again be present to join in the festivities so you won’t want to miss it!
Men’s Breakfast – This Saturday
Come join our Men's Ministry Breakfast on Saturday, September 11th from 7:30 to 9:00 am. Ed Boness will be addressing us on The Ultimate Sacrifice. This will be a great morning full of food, fellowship, and worship. Tickets are being sold for $7/person at the Men's Ministry table.
Children’s Ministry Volunteers
Our Children’s Ministry, by God’s grace, has been exploding these past few months. As the Fall begins, we would like to encourage those who are interested in Children’s Ministry to sign up to be a volunteer in our growing ministry. There are many ways to serve. If you are interested in how you can make a difference, see our Children’s Ministry cart outside.
Women’s Bible Study
Women’s Bible studies will be starting on Wednesday, September 22nd from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm for the evening sessions. Women will be speaking on different topics over this nine-week course. The morning sessions will begin on Wednesday, October 6th from 9:30 – 11:30 am. The morning sessions will be going through a video series on the study of David. If you are interested, sign up at the Women’s table today.
Day For Kids
Our church will be participating in the Boys and Girls Club annual Day For Kids on September 25th. The day is full of free events and food for the whole family to enjoy! If you would like to be part of our team, sign up at the Kids’ Ministry cart outside.
Legacy Class
Legacy class will be changing its start time from 9:00 am to 10:30 am on Sunday Mornings. This change will be effective starting Sunday, September 12th.
Iron Man
Men's Ministry will be starting up a 20-week study through the book of Romans for those men who have completed Men's Relay. The study will be completed in two 10-week sessions. The first session of Iron Man will start on Wednesday, September 15th from 7 - 8:30 pm. The book cost for this study will be $10 and is due when you sign up at the Men’s Ministry table.
Mexico Trip
Crossroads is taking another trip down to Encinitas, Mexico to help build a house for a needy family. This weekend trip is a great opportunity to be involved in a huge way for a short period of time. If you are interested in going on the trip, sign up at the Ministry Table today.
Membership Class
We are holding our next membership class on Saturday, September 18th from 9 am to 2 pm. Lunch will be provided. If you would like to become a member, sign up at the Ministry Table today!
Fish N’ Loaves Meal Ministry
Are you able to prepare an occasional meal to bless a family with special circumstances (new baby, severe illness, loss of job, etc.)? If so, sign up at the ministry table to be added to our contact list. When a need arises, we will contact you inquiring of your availability to help.
