Need more than one thing for the same event — say, a graphic and an AV tech? Submit a form for each request, and use the same event title on all of them so we can keep everything together.
All media requests must be submitted according to the time chart to be considered for approval and completion.
Media Requests
Graphic: 2-3 Weeks | Audio: 3-4 Weeks
Video: 4-8 Weeks | Social Reel: 1-2 Weeks
AV Requests
Please request any needed AV equipment for normal events 1-2 weeks before the start date of an event.
