Emily Green with 20schemes
Please pray for Emily Green, she has faithfully served with 20schemes since 2015. She is currently at Kilmarnock Baptist Church (KBC) and they have moved the church into Shortlees (a scheme in the south of Kilmarnock) - this is an area of social and spiritual deprivation, and hasn't had a church in this area for over 10 years! KBC recently held a VBS in the local community centre and a number of kids came to hear about Jesus - some for the first time - and engaged deeply with all that they heard. Two families have started coming to church through that. Please continue to pray for growth in maturity and spiritual growth within members of the church, for follow up and fruit from those who came to the VBS, and for Emily to disciple women new in the faith well. Also, pray for our GO Team as they prepare to partner with Emily, 20schemes and KBC this August for a time of evangelism, community projects, and other service opportunities.
